Blooming Gel #01 Clear — a clear base to softly blur, blend, and bloom your nail art into diffused, dreamy patterns.

Applying Blooming Gel:

• Apply a thin layer of blooming gel polish directly over the cured base or color gel. Do not cure.

Create Your Design:

• Using a nail art brush or dotting tool, add drops of color gel polish onto the wet blooming gel.
