Due to our global pandemic (COVID-19) we are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges.
Damages and Issues :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can follow up on the situation.
(we will not be responsible of any item that has been sent incorrectly, defective and/or damaged if customers fails to contact within the first 24HRS).
Please when you contact us provide Name, order number and pictures of defective items (if any).
We are not responsible for packages that might get delivered incorrectly, lost or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. (Please take your time to verify APT#, SPC# & Zip Codes when placing your order.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS. Please contact your local post office to file a claim and open up an investigation as soon as possible that will serve as your insurance for us to send a new package.
